Restaurant photography in Split has two failure modes. The first is empty-room real estate photography — wide, sterile, no context, useless for menus or social. The second is generic food blogger imagery — close-up plates with no sense of place, indistinguishable from any other Mediterranean restaurant in any other city. The work below avoids both. Each restaurant gets documented as it actually operates: the dining room with light in it, the bar at the time it gets used, the architectural details that the architect intended, and the AV integration where it matters. Most of these shoots also feed Bose Professional case studies, so the work has to read at both a hospitality and an architectural level.

A Split restaurant shoot starts with the menu and the architectural intent, not with the camera. We walk the room at the time it operates, identify the light, plan the dining-service moments, and pre-arrange any AV integration documentation. The output covers four asset families: dining room interior, food and drink details, hospitality lifestyle (guests, service, atmosphere), and architectural / AV detail when relevant. Bilingual EN/HR captions and SEO file naming included when the brand operates in both markets.

Do you shoot at night or only at golden hour?
Both. Restaurants look fundamentally different at service hours than at handover. Most useful coverage happens in the evening when the room is actually occupied, but architectural detail and material shots are often planned for the morning light window.
Do you handle AV integration documentation as part of restaurant shoots?
Yes — most Split restaurant work I do also feeds a Bose Professional or similar case study. The integration detail is documented alongside the dining room without making the speakers the subject.
Can you cover the food and the room in the same engagement?
Yes. Most engagements include both — but they're different shoot families that need different light and planning. We plan a kitchen / plating window and a separate dining room window.
Do you work with restaurants outside Split?
Yes. Most engagements happen in greater Split (Klis, Solin, Trogir, Kaštela) but I also travel along the Dalmatian coast and have shot restaurants in Slovenia for AV integration case studies.
